ULTRUST Capital Resource (UCR) is a Merger and Acquisition (M&A) Firm based in Selangor, Malaysia. UCR is a dynamic company operating as both an Integrated Strategic Asset and Corporate Finance and an Integrated Property and Facility Management activist under The Union of Universal Trust (ULTRUST). Formed in early 2024 through the merger of two ULTRUST-owned entities "Meor Legacy Entra Global (MLEG) and Landfield Capital Resource Sdn. Bhd. (LANDFIELD)", UCR reflects the strategic vision of ULTRUST’s Chairman and founder, Dr. Meor Muhamad Fazrul Adly Bin Meor Fuad (Meor Fazrul). Both MLEG and LANDFIELD were originally established in 2014 to serve the facilities and capital management sectors, and their integration was approved by the Board of Governance to form a more cohesive, multidisciplinary organization.
UCR traces its roots to a family-led enterprise that supported Unique Azhanyna Solution, founded by Mr. Azahar Ahamad and Mrs. Hasinah Wahab, and was involved in procuring electrical goods and undertaking building renovation projects. After earning his Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management Technology from Politeknik Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah, Meor Fazrul envisioned a broader scope for UCR, combining "Integrated Property and Facilities Management (IPFM)" with "Capital Resource" solutions for sustainable growth, encompassing the sub-field of "Integrated Strategic Assets and Corporate Financial" which is the "Merger and Acquisition (M&A)" service of the shares and assets of clients' companies after evaluating their properties.
M&A is the strategic process of restructuring and combining entities or assets to create a superior financial value than the sum of their individual parts. In addition, UCR offers full-service hostel management, backed by a fleet of over ten shuttle buses, a dedicated team of housekeeping staff, maintenance technicians, wardens, and administrators. Its sales and promotions team includes Real Estate Negotiators (REN) Licensee, registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents, and Property Managers (BOVAEA).
