ULTRUST Capital Resource (UCR) is a Merger and Acquisition (M&A) Firm based in Selangor, Malaysia. UCR is a dynamic company operating as both an Integrated Strategic Asset and Corporate Finance and an Integrated Property and Facility Management activist under The Union of Universal Trust (ULTRUST). Formed in early 2024 through the merger of two ULTRUST-owned entities "Meor Legacy Entra Global (MLEG) and Landfield Capital Resource Sdn. Bhd. (LANDFIELD)", UCR reflects the strategic vision of ULTRUST’s Chairman and founder, Dr. Meor Muhamad Fazrul Adly Bin Meor Fuad (Meor Fazrul). Both MLEG and LANDFIELD were originally established in 2014 to serve the facilities and capital management sectors, and their integration was approved by the Board of Governance to form a more cohesive, multidisciplinary organization.

UCR traces its roots to a family-led enterprise that supported Unique Azhanyna Solution, founded by Mr. Azahar Ahamad and Mrs. Hasinah Wahab, and was involved in procuring electrical goods and undertaking building renovation projects. After earning his Bachelor's Degree in Facility Management Technology from Politeknik Sultan Salahuddin Abdul Aziz Shah, Meor Fazrul envisioned a broader scope for UCR, combining "Integrated Property and Facilities Management (IPFM)" with "Capital Resource" solutions for sustainable growth, encompassing the sub-field of "Integrated Strategic Assets and Corporate Financial" which is the "Merger and Acquisition (M&A)" service of the shares and assets of clients' companies after evaluating their properties.

M&A is the strategic process of restructuring and combining entities or assets to create a superior financial value than the sum of their individual parts. It is a tool for strategic growth and wealth acceleration. An M&A firm is a highly specialized financial and legal architect. Our function is to maximize the transaction value and manage all legal, financial, and compliance complexities to ensure the deal closes securely while mitigating liability risk.

UCR is built on the proven track record of its principals in successfully executing highly complex, multi-sector, and large-scale M&A transactions. Our team has demonstrated unique expertise in managing intricate vertical integration projects, such as the RM100 Million merger of a specialized ecosystem that included veterinary, medical, and chemical industries—a feat that required precise alignment across medical compliance and operational logistics. Furthermore, UCR's principals have led the comprehensive acquisition of shares, equity, and assets in the highly competitive education industry, successfully closing deals valued at RM200 Million and RM500 Million respectively. This experience ensures our ability to handle complex valuation models, guarantee full legal control, and deliver successful closing results, positioning UCR as the definitive choice for clients seeking security and maximum value in their most strategic transactions.

The firm defines capital resources as man-made assets that empower owners and businesses to create value through products and services. These include equipment, infrastructure, property assets, and capital-driven services such as investment consultancy, asset management, property transactions, facilities oversight, and even the recovery of unclaimed funds. 

UCR’s integrated property and facilities management model provides a unified strategy for managing real estate functions—ranging from leasing and tenant engagement to maintenance, off-area hostel management and logistics, operations, and compliance. This approach enhances service delivery, optimizes property performance, reduces operational costs, and supports a safe, comfortable, and efficient built environment. In addition, UCR offers full-service hostel management, backed by a fleet of over ten shuttle buses, a dedicated team of housekeeping staff, maintenance technicians, wardens, and administrators. Its sales and promotions team includes Real Estate Negotiators (REN) Licensee, registered with the Board of Valuers, Appraisers, Estate Agents, and Property Managers (BOVAEA). The administrative support team handles rental collection, customer feedback, and other operational tasks with professionalism and efficiency.
